Our favorite Padroniac from New York J. Sayegh M.D., shared this great picture of his Padron Family Reserve and what looks to be ahi tuna tataki.

I might be wrong on the tuna, but it certainly looks like a nice pairing!

The Padron Family Reserve Series boasts tobacco from Esteli, Nicaragua and are aged 10 years prior to rolling. This patient process is what gives it the harmonious & hearty smoke!

Speaking of aged, yesterday while at Serious Cigars near the Galleria; I bought a Padron cigar so old the celophane wrapper it was in has turned dark brown.

I will post a video of it later today. I have developed a new found love for Padrons… I almost feel foolish for having ignored them for so long!

But I am glad I have come to my senses and returned to one of the world’s greatest cigars!
